GOE Engenharias is a very important Portuguese Company, that has a well-known Portuguese Consultant, who managed to structure and sign a large investment by a Swiss company IMOBBILIEN for investments in Vietnam.

Mr. Vo Xuan Truong is the founder of the Vietnamese company, who together with the investor created a strategy to respond, avoiding deaths from COVID 19.
